Cancellations must be made 1 day prior to the date of arrival to avoid credit card charges.
Cancellations received after the cancellation period will be charged. 
Guests who do not cancel or check-in will be charged for the first night of their reservation.

We do require a debit or credit card to make a reservation.
If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out. If the hotel does release the hold, it may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.


Rollaway can be provided for a fee of $15 per night per rollaway.

Pet policy

The Hatfield Inn requires a daily non-refundable pet fee (up to 2 pets per room) of $20.00 USD PER PET. There is no charge for service animals.
Maximum weight for pet is 55lbs. All pets must be on a leash when outside the guest room or you may be asked to leave. Cat or dog species only.
